Hi Reader! I’ve been deep into website redesign the past couple weeks (Wordpress... #iykyk) and I'm almost ready to deploy it! So, my website will be down this weekend for a few days. I'll let you know when it's back up and you can check it out! Why the change? I outgrew my old “single page” site and wanted more room to stretch out! With the discovery of The Creative Goblin Way came a lot of new certainty and clarity around how I help fiction writers ditch the rules, fall back in love with writing again, and finally finish their damn (good) books. Hi Reader, My new website is LIVE! GIF: Jim Carey. It's ALIVE! And I am beyond nervous about it. It's very different from what it was before. Change is hard! But it also feels more like home. Old site: Moody but whimsical (maybe?) New site: Bright and clear (which, oddly, my name means clear and bright). Spacious... It feels like a breath of fresh air. Hi Reader, Every evening, I water my new xeriscaped garden. One of the big planters I got as decorative elements full of petunias is called Big Red. She is the largest of the five pots full of annuals I bought. Big Red also happens to be home to approximately seventeen thousand earwigs. (This number has not been scientifically verified, but emotionally? It's accurate). The second the water hits the soil, those nightmare creatures come crawling out of the darkness. Tiny legs.
